Laminated safety glass
Laminated safety glass is a laminate consisting of two or more flat glass panes connected by a tear-resistant and viscoplastic film. It has several safety features (impact resistant, significantly lower risk of injury from splinters) compared to a simple glass, as well as significantly higher sound insulation. It was available as Sigla multilayer glass by the mid-1930s.
Aluminum composite panels in pure white
Aluminum composite panels are materials that consist of several different layers. They are also so-called sandwich panels. The two outer layers consist of 0.1-0.3mm thick aluminum sheets thermally bonded to an inner polyethylene core. Structure: ALU-plastic-ALU. The thickness of the plastic core can vary, so that panels with a total thickness of 2-6mm can be produced.
Hard foam panels in pure white
Rigid PVC foam panels are used wherever the properties of the material PVC but weight needs to be saved. By using rigid PVC foam, you save more than 50% in weight compared to rigid PVC.
